  • 5:30 PM - Arrival and Welcome
  • 6:00 PM - Sunset and Adhan (Call to Prayer)
  • 6:05 PM - Iftar Buffet Opens
  • 7:30 PM - Live Entertainment
  • 8:00 PM - Cultural Activities
  • 8:30 PM - Dessert and Tea
  • 9:30 PM - Relaxation and Stargazing
  • 10:00 PM - Departure
  • Guests begin to depart, with a small gift or souvenir provided as a token of appreciation.

Prices Starting per group
  • 350 SAR per person (ADT)
  • 200 SAR per child (CHD)

Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 15 participants is required.

Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Special Requirements: Please inform us of any special requirements or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made 4-5 days before the event will incur a 25% charge.
  • Cancellations made 1-3 days before the event will incur a 100% charge.
